I never do this but I feel compelled as I typically work from home but it is 7:30 and I had to come in the office because power has been out at the complex since 3:30. Please know we were not notified of this or when the issue will be resolved.

DO NOT spend your money here. It is overpriced for what you are getting. I have lived in a lot of apartments in Atlanta. I have paid the most here and hated it the most.

Fire alarms go off approx twice a month now at the most random hours. It will be a huge hoopla and the fire trucks will come out and block peachtree and it will be absolutely NOTHING. This is the most annoying thing.

The elevators are constantly broken. They are old. The building is old. They need to tear this building down and start over. You WILL wait at least once or twice a week a good amount of time for the elevator. Enough said.

The dishwashers aren't even bolted into place so they move around A LOT.

If you want real luxury go down the street off dresden drive and rent at @1377 or Alta Brookhaven. These apartments are comprable in price and brand new with better ammenities.

3833 Peachtree has the nicest staff (hence my one star). SO excited to leave this place in a month!!!!!!

This is a great community. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is simply beautiful and you get so much for your money. I love it!

The amenities are upgraded and nice, but the community itself is outdated. There is great potential in the place and the customer service was great.

The apartments are spacious with wonderful views, but for the price, I would expect the floors to be hardwood on the top level apartments. The windows that provide the view of the living room are three side by side windows. One large picture window would compliment the apartment and lifestyle much better. The staff person that helped me on-site made a very presentation. At least one other staff member came close enough to offer a greeting as they looked over at me. They did not and this did not leave me with a good impression, especially considering the class the property was presenting.

This is a very well kept upscale property. I would certainly enjoy living here. The staff is outstanding. From concierge to leasing staff, everyone provided exceptional outstanding service. The staff provided very detailed information and did not hesitate to answer any questions.

I would be very likely to recommend this community to others based on my visit.

I am a current resident at The Brookhaven. I have been very dissatisfied with the management of the building since the new company took over.

First they fired all the lovely people who worked here before just to hire incompetent employees but probably saved money. So you know where the heart is, making money not the residents. They gave the old employees one week notice and they were all caught off guard and left in tears. Nice.

I have had trouble with concierge faxing things upside down to repeated calls to have maintenance completed. Rent has been increased and the storage units have doubled in price as well as adding a water fee of $65.00 a month when before it was included in the rent. All the while there is unending construction being done making the sundeck, gym, club room, sauna, hot tub all unavailable. And rent went up? Really?

Parking is now by concierge only due to construction and my car has been scratched and untrained valets tried to park my car and didn't know how to drive manual transmission. Great.
