I think it is very unfair for your renters to pay a $10 service fee just for receiving a bill every month. Also think its unfair to force your renters to pay $20 a month for valet trash because I live alone and most of the time my trash only fills up once a week if that much and usually its on the weekends and I end up taking it to the trash bin myself. I also don't feel it's fair to pay a monthly extermination fee when I have only called to have my apartment exterminated twice in the entire year that I've been here. There is also a big stain outside my door which has been there since before I moved in and I have informed the leasing office a few times about it and it is still there even after the pressure washing was done. The walls are very thin and neighbors complain even at the lowest noise level of playing music or having guests. Believe me I'm not just saying this because the courtesy officer was called and when he came to my door he couldn't believe they were complaining about my music which he could hardly hear even when he entered my apartment and just shook his head. Other than these few complaints I feel that Seven Springs is an ok place to live and since it is conveniently located rather close to my job I suppose it's worth the sacrifice.
