I liked the community and the property. I would recommend the property to my family and friends.

The leasing professional provided a great tour. Her appearance was neat. Her attitude was warm and inviting. She pointed out the most important details of the apartment and answered all my questions without hesitating. Based on her performance I would have leased the apartment.

I love this apartment, I would recommend it to all my family and friends interested in finding a new apartment. Can't beat it!

The community was clean and neat. The amenities, even though I did not see them, were good the agent told me they offered 24 fitness center. The agents were okay and did their jobs. The apartment was okay and little unusual with the wet bar. I would recommend someone to them.

i have lived in Vinings for many years. As a matter of fact, I am native to the area...I have paid too much for rent on what was considered to be High end gated communities. Which came with management companies gouging you with fees and snobby expectations without Great Customer Service!!! (Broadstone Apts) which was right next door to Forest Hills. Forest Hills manager Courtney is wonderful! She is truly interested in you as a person and goes way above and beyond your expectations..The apartments are cute, big, private and tucked away in a wooded area, awesome floor plans on the 2 bdrm. I thought I had to live in expensive apartments to get good service. Not at all! They are priced without the gouging. Forest Hills is personable and always quick to respond to my maintenance needs (not many needed). I would definitely recommend them to a family or friend to live and they are in Vinings! Location! Location! Location!

I have lived here for three years. The management & staff are GREAT. The feeling of safety is very good. Sometimes tenants get loud but the courtesy staff officer nips that right in the bud. Grounds are clean & well kept; dumpster area sometimes needs attending but they take care of that ASAP. Neighbors are nice.

So I have lived here for 2 years now...I chose this place for 2 reasons, location and affordable prices! You can't beat the location...I love the wooded area and everything that you need is near by (the dog park and pool was a plus too!) The staff is FANTASTIC...they are very helpful and caring and the maintenace guys fix the problem quickly if we put in a work order. I would definitely recommend Forest Hills to anyone!

The apartment layout is perfect for my needs.
The staff here are excellent. They are not simply "staff" members, they are professional yet they also take the time to connect and show they actually care.
I appreciate all of the work they invest to keep this a nice place to live.

This is my second time renting at Forest Hills to be closer to work. I really do like the property and the staff. Each time that I have had a request it has been completed same day or next day. What I like most is the fact that it is a great value without having to compromise any amenities. And the kitchen has a gas stove, which most complexes do not. This is an adult community, quiet, people are friendly, and the location is perfect to get to everything in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. They claimed my apartment had just been renovated but the refrigerator is old as is the dishwasher. The carpet is coming up in several places. The paint is uneven. When I asked them to spray for the roaches that I keep seeing the manager seemed annoyed. I wasn't raised in filth so I'm not used to bugs guess I should move or just get over it. Can't wait for my lease to be up. The gym is gross the equipment is old. They don't bother to keep the property up at all. They let people hang out around the leasing office and tennis courts smoking weed. I asked for my door to be replaced when I signed my lease it still hasn't been done, it's been 9 months. The faucets are coming off in my tub I asked them to fix them they just closed out the ticket. They must think I didn't notice they are still falling off. Basically the management is horrible and they are lazy. They just want the rent money.

The staff here is AWESOME! I love them! They are always nice and accommodating. The apartments ARE old but still charming and fun! Great community! :)
