Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The leasing professional was very friendly and very engaging in her conversation. Her presentation and description was very detailed and explanatory. She pointed a number of facilities that the community had to offer and made it look like a very likable place to live in. The community itself was appealing even though it was not new. Though there was no evidence of disrepair or breakdown. It was an interesting experience visiting the community. I was not happy with the fact that there was no transport available to residents at the community and the residents had to arrange their own rides. I would have leased here all the same.

Each of the staff members to whom I was introduced, were pleasant and demonstrated friendly and welcoming attitudes. I felt the property needs sprucing up and the odor issues definitely need to be addressed.
My thoughts as well regarding the "smell." Walls needed a fresh coat of paint, building smelled like cigarette smoke.
Overall, nice apartment.

Great place to live.

Great community, very well maintained, lots of activities, safe, secure and I enjoy living here.

It is a great place for people 55 and older! I would love for my grandparents to live here.

The leasing professional was able to answer all my questions and helped me picture how the community would be a good place for my mother.
