First let me discuss the good: well appointed units, large variety of floor plans, amazing location makes this community a great addition to the Inman Park neighborhood.

The Ugly: The management staff is beyond terrible. Honestly the worst I have ever dealt with, they have no idea how to cater to future residents. Initially things were not so good. You have to schedule a tour to view the units some times no one shows up. I have seen this complaint from various people. They also are impossible to reach. Some times you call and someone picks up, other times a busy signal, or directly voicemail and this is during office hours. The next problem is I scheduled a tour with one of the leasing agents and stood in the front of the building in the rain and the agent was a no show, called back hours after our appointment time and rescheduled for the next day. The unit I applied for and got accepted for had the wrong availability, and was off by nearly 2 months! They offered to move me into a temporary unit, since I still had a tentative move out date where I was currently (which I still had to sign a lease for and pay for, no offer of move in special for their mistake btw). However, when I actually tried to move in to the temp unit, I was ignored and neglected. Left to find a new place literally days prior to my move in date. I am deeply saddened by the poor treatment by the staff at Inman Quarter. I truly hope it is due to construction and not just lack of concern by the staff
