Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. The leasing professional was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. She did a great job and had a positive attitude about the new changes that were taking place with the new management company taking over. The community was very nice and appeared to be very quiet. The grounds were well kept and the amenities were great. The leasing professional made sure that she took her time with me, even though it was getting close to closing time because it took a while wrapping up with the new resident. She did not rush me and she took her time to make sure she showed me the amenities. I was very pleased with the leasing professional's presentation and the community.

I was impressed with the agent and the community. The agent was genuine. She focused on my needs and lifestyle. The community amenities were attractive. The apartment layout was unique.

I personally need more space for my huge furniture

Visiting FIVE East was a great experience. I truly enjoyed the tour and was very taken by the amenities and the apartment sold itself. There was a great space to entertain and relax and not feel closed in and the club room was awesome and the media center was great. The business center was functional and the outdoor grill station was a great place to relax and unwind.

I was warmly and enthusiastically greeted when I entered the leasing office and was made to feel welcome throughout the visit. The consultant asked questions to determine my apartment needs and then showed me an apartment and the amenities of the community. The consultant had lived there previously so was quite familiar with the community. The consultant began the close during the tour and completed it once we were back in the leasing office. He sincerely thanked me for visiting the community.

Assuming that all tenants have signed and agreed to the same lease agreement terms, I find it difficult to comprehend that some pet owners think everywhere OUTSIDE of their apartment is their own personal backyard. On numerous occasions I've witnessed several pet owners allowing their dogs run around the property WITHOUT a leash. If that wasn't bad enough, I've also witnessed some pet owners allowing their pet to DEFECATE in unauthorized areas around the property. The blatant disregard for common courtesy to their fellow neighbor is annoying. Personally I think the rental ofice should take closer notice to what goes on around the propery and begin enforcing the rules and regulations that we've all agreed to ESPECIALLY if there is a designated area provided to pet owners.

The hallways and especially the stairways are constantly dirty and often have food spilled from the trash being emptied. As a resident, I often have to avoid food spills on the stairs just to get in and out of my apartment.

A pressure wash to the stairs and hallway floors is recommended. I understand that pressure washing the lights on the hallway ceilings will not work but the floors could use it.
