This is horrible place to live if you don't live on a top floor. The apartment interior is nice but you will hear your upstairs neighbors who don't walk gracefully. The leasing office staff are no help in resolving tenant nuisances. I quote, "i can't make her stop" making noise. Basically, if you want to spend the extra money to live near downtown, don't choose Glenwood East. They care more about your money than you. The last 12 months have been the worst!
