Great staff, great location, great amenities, good communication, reasonable price, very safe and clean

The excessive parking fees, lack of security and poorly executed resident events may not create the community living one might expect here

The bar area creates too much noise and new bars are coming in across the street. It is going to be the wild wild west soon!

I would not recommend this apartment because the value and price are not congruent.

Great location, convenient to shops and dining. Beautiful building, staff is very friendly. My only complaint is still the lack of response from Management and staff which seems to be ongoing. I have an email that was sent almost a month ago and still no response.

Only negative thing is the noise. Didn’t expect to have problem sleeping from Thursday to Sunday.

This community is so close to the bars, so for that reason I would not.

The parking situation needs to be revamp. There needs to a be away better control speed in the residential section (add speed bumps). Residents shouldn't have to share visitor parking space with the public (this is horrible given how small the garage is). There should be a parking attendant 24 hours Thu-Sunday. The amenity area being off limits after 10 pm and only being able to invite 2 guest has all but made my decision to move here "pointless". This was one of the primary reasons why I chose this property. Last but least, having to take boxes to the basement is more than inconvenient. If you research sister properties, there is a trash compose on each floor.

This place is extremely nice. The amenities, the service, the team are all incredible. I love it here and would not feel safer living anywhere else in Buckhead.

It’s too noisy in this area. My neighbors upstairs are horrible, inconsiderate and loud. The apartment is built poorly for sound.

The noise level from the street is terrible - makes it very challenging to sleep at night. The elevators are often gross and now have graffiti on them. It's not the safest area to live in these days.

I would not recommend living at Gentry to a friend purely based off of the noise level in the evenings. I am not sure if the building was constructed poorly or why it is SO loud but the amount of noise I hear from bars/street racing is insane. I have spent evenings in the Hanover and their noise level does not compare. I also do not like that elevators are frequently broken and that the parking (which I know is not Gentry but contracted out) gates are frequently broken allowing anyone off the street to walk in. The staff at Gentry is great and I know they do their best. This non recommendation is not based off of them I just think you do not get what you pay for.
