I moved in about 6 months ago and the complex just got new management. They are great and very customer service oriented. I had a problem with the previous management Christina and the new manager Pam took care of my concerns immeditely when I advised her that I had a problem. She came to my apartment personally and had the problem fixed the same day! I thought I might move when my lease was up but now I am staying. They are renovating inside and outside and it looks like customer service will be taken care of.

All I can say about this apartment complex is that it is a great location and spacious. The crime here is terrible! There is no security that is 24 hours, only in the daytime! Most of the areas are not very well lit which makes it easy for crimes to occur. Christina, the manager is a nice at first but she really does not care about the residents! I have spoken with other residents and they told me they have gotten robbed too and 90% of these incidents were not made known to the residents. I would have never found out unless I talked to everyone else. I even pulled police reports for the last two years and was shocked that 15+ robberies have occurred. Stay away from this place unless you are armed at all times!!! I will not renew my lease! I cannot stay somewhere where management lies and does not care about there residents!
