I moved into Audubon Briarcliff not too long ago thinking it would be a great convenient place from downtown, but I was SO wrong. The apt. complex is acceptable, however the management is TERRIBLE. They dont know what they are doing, they overcharge you on your utilities (which by the way are not consistent ie. trash pickup skips for weeks-month) and still makes you pay monthly dues regardless of the poor service. The apartment looks okay from first glance, but upon living, things break down and its not up to par. The new management is clearly not experienced in running apartments and do not value resident's complaints. Work orders are always delayed and the pool has been closed for months ever since I moved in here, I haven't had a chance to go once. I regret moving in here and encourage future residents to avoid renting here.
