This looked to be a really nice property, however did to the leasing agents poor job of touring, I couldn't tell. Mostly every option I had to date as N/A because she didn't discuss it not did we tour it. A true waste of time,and the property looked really nice.

I was not shown any of the amenities, but the general upkeep of the property looked nice. I did not really connect with the leasing professional.

The community was clean and well maintained. The consultant was pleasant and knowledgeable about the community layout and design. I would recommend this community to others.

The apartment complex was tucked away in an area just north of Atlanta. The apartment was very spacious and the upgraded appliances were appealing. The community offered a pool and gym like every other community. The community seemed nice and quiet. The rental rates are reasonable and I would likely recommend it to others.

The community was located alongside one of the major highways, which made it centrally located between the city's urban and upscale suburban communities.

The leasing agent provided me with an exemplary tour and sold me on the community.

This appeared to be a nice community. Unfortunately, I could not tell since the leasing agent to not tour any of their amenities with me, nor did he point out any of the benefits of living on the community.

The property needs some attention with the cleaning of the exterior doors and hallways. The fact the entire staff were outside smoking in front of the main entrance could detour other people from wanting to lease.
