Poorly built, poorly maintained, poorly managed.
least dog-friendly dog-friendly apt I've ever seen
although they claim to be "pet friendly", the only pet-friendly part is that you have to pay $500 deposit +$10/month and you and your pet get NOTHING for it, no dog area, no dog disposable bags - NOTHING.
The fire alarm is also constantly going off (in the middle of the night) and don't bother trying to get a hold of anyone in the office, they never get back to you and when they do they either don't have an answer or tell you want you want to hear and have to back-paddle after. I have also requested that they change a maintenance appointment for a different day for when I could be home for it, they said no problem, got home later that day and they had already come in and done the work and didn't event bother letting me know - don't expect any privacy!
