The community looked very nice. The area was excellent. The leasing professional was very nice and gave me great information over the phone. However, the leasing professional could not meet me on-site to show me the community or an apartment. I was told to go look around myself.

El Cortez was a historic community in downtown Winter Park. It had wooden floors, large windows in each room, and tiny green courtyards, that made El Cortez a unique place to call home.
