People ask me all the time and I say that I absolutely love it here. Granted, I m not home a lot but when i am home i have no complaints. when anything breaks they are always sending someone out asap to fix it, if i had ever had any problems they are always fixed in a timely manner. the staff is amazing and the residents are nice too. Rent is pricey but all in all, its worth it. you pay the high rent for the luxurious style living. The parking gets crazy at night but i have a garage so i never have issues finding a spot.

The property is gated there is a mixture of all types families. The amenities sells it self!! Great amenities

The security staff they use here Hi-Tec security lacks integrity. One of the guards rear ended my vehicle with his golf cart and then sued me for false claims. I got no support from The Resort in this matter and the guards still drive illegal golf carts after dark with no lighting. Their conduct is not controlled and the guards are not held accountable to uphold the law while on duty. The staff at The Resort is kind and friendly but their security officers need to be replaced!

I believe the community is beautiful but I feel like the quality of the work and repairs done in the units are not the best. I have had to put in multiple work orders for the same thing because they won t read the list entirely. The people in the office are nice but I had some issues the computer system merged and I was not able to get my rent paid while out of town. I did not feel like they were very helpful nor did they call me back when I left messages about my concern. This occurred 4 times after the merge of the computer systems they girl pretty much argued with me and told me I was still responsible to for having the rent their but on every occasion they would state it was fixed and I would try it again the following month and it was not my fault nor should I have been penalized. I travel for work a lot and the main reason that I like the community is because of the convenience of have the ability to do most things online. Overall the lay of the units are awesome although it would be really nice to have stainless steel appliances and no carpet in certain areas (laminate flooring option). The noise is not so much from neighbors as it is the door do not have seal strips around it making it easy to hear people talking or dogs barking out of the house and the door slams all the time this is not convenient when you have handful of groceries and very time you make a trip inside the door slams behind you. Also the turn over rate is high because of the big increase in rates people can not afford to remain in the units as much as they like them. There should be some type of program for people who take care of the units, pay on time most of the time, few to no complaints, and etc that allows them certain rate incentives for the futures renewal considerations. Outside of the small hick ups my overall stay here is good and I would definitely love to extend my lease here in this community. Thank you

It's a nice complex with garages and storage to rent, the apartments are a good size, rent is a little high for the area and there are complexes that have lower rents and deposits dog fee's etc.
The downside is that most of the maintenance workers enter your apartment and have a attitude, not to mention the quality of the work.

Is a great community well placed on West Palm Beach city, having everything (airport, beach, water park, shopping areas, city downtown, schools, universities, restaurants, etc, etc) accessible in less than 15 minutes.
