Lived there for just over 5 months and had to move as we had submitted many compliants in regards to the woman on the 2nd floor above us who had 4 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. She let her 2 younger kids run and jump off of furniture starting at 5 am til after 10pm. She also would make loud banging noises and wash clothes during the quiet hours (10am-10pm are the quiet hours). Office did nothing, told me I had to call the Courtsey Officer at every occurance, well I would of been on the phone with them all day. I feel it's Trinity Palms responsiblity to address issues with tenants. Also the Office clearly stated to me this tenant only had 2 children listed on their lease and she was in violation. Well again nothing was done. The cost of our apartment was way to high to deal with these issues. We hold them we were moving and all they said was good luck. Also the grounds are not kept well, tenants do not pick up after their animals there is dog poop all over the complex, sometimes right in the middle of the sidewalks. The lake isn't kept up, debris in lake and a smell that comes from the lake that can take your breath away. I would not recommend this apartment complex. Yes the apartments are lovely and have great amenities but they truly do not care about their tenants. I do have to say the maintenance staff was awesome, they were there immediately when there were any problems.
