Difficult people to deal with. Completely devoid of any management experience or class. Too many other places to choose from. Run.....

I rented here and it was the worst place I ever lived in my collegiate years. It is loud. Very Loud all night long. Parties every night and even during the days. Management does not care about anything except getting your money.

This complex is brand new and shows beautifully but as soon as the lease is signed you have no support from mgmt. Unauthorized entry into apts when renter isnt home - broken elevator and windows. Underage parties complete with broken windows and furniture thrown in pool. Security gate broken more than working. Fire alarms pulled and not fixed until next day blaring alarms all night long. Not at all what is advertised please speak with actual residents before signing a lease. Opened as Sterling Campus and changed owners in January 2013. Sterling only owned for 5 months????

The staff and community management seemed like they were very professional. The community was new so everything was nice and wonderful.

I was very impressed with what the community offered. It was nice to know that anyone, not just students, can reside at this community. The only thing missing was a microwaves, especially necessary for students.

The Leasing Professional was interested in making it work for the students. He did not seem to just be trying to make a sale but to have everyone be happy. I thought it was comfortable feeling and offered more than I expected. I would be happy to live there at any time with all that it offered.

My on-site experience with the leasing professional was far better than the phone interaction.

The community was exceptional in every way. I was in awe regarding the decorations. They made it feel like it was upscale. The community met all the needs of a college student.

This property is very well thought out and constructed. I would lease here in a heart beat. The leasing professional did a great job.

The arrangement would appeal to students because it was already furnished and the lease was included with the utilities. I just wanted something different for my daughter.
