Depending of the building! Neighbor scream during the night, in the quite time waking people up around 11:30pm-12:00am. They also keep the music loud every weekend for hours. I already complain to the community and they sad they can't do anything. The music sometimes is so loud that vibrates my table. We have in the contract that we are not allowed to do any noise that disturb others, but I can garantee to you that it is just in the paper because the COMMUNITY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING to follow they own rules. One of the neighbors just moved out, he couldn't live in this situation anymore. It is a pitty because we don't have problem with any other people in the community and I am talking about all the buildings around the the one I live. It is just one apartment and the community do nothing to keep the good environment. I do not recommend to movie close to this building. Just pass by in the weekend and you will listen for yourself. It is every weeekend.
