Worst Staff I've Ever Encountered

I've lived in several different apartment communities and have never left a bad review, but this one is the worst. First, I want to say I really wanted to give this community a higher rating because the property is charming, an oasis from the Dale Mabry traffic. The ducks are friendly and adorable, and the pool is always clean. But the level of incompetency from the staff really makes the community unbearable. We've had minor maintenance issues turn into major ones from the maintenance staff's lack of experience. Once we had an outside contractor come into our apartment without notice and damage our personal items. The office staff is often unresponsive and rude. And the problem goes deeper than the property, as I've called the management company several times and received no response. Needless to say, I'll never stay at a Robbins property again.

Terrible!

I've had nothing but issues with these people. I asked for my bathroom light to be fixed and the maintenance guy told me it was, 15 minutes after he left it stopped turning on again. I also asked him to fix the toilet while he was there cause it was always running and the guy refused(said there was no point, its not bothering anything) then left. I've also put in work orders for my gutters and maintenance told the office they did something but I know for a fact that wasn't true. My other problem is most of the ladies in the office are absolutely rude. They can't keep any of their stories straight either. I had one woman tell me I can have my roommate evicted after 3 months of him being gone, it was then changed to if I could prove he was incarcerated or out of state for 4-5 months. I even showed them that he was in jail (on an unrelated charge). Now I'm being told I have to take my ex-roommate to court to remove him from my lease and that I should of thought about him as a roommate before we moved in.(like I'm totally going to know he was going to steal from me and run after being there for 5 months with no issues). And they've told me about a million times that he can still go up to the office and request for a key to my apartment at any time, and yes they know about my ex-roomate's stealing. I feel like they're giving me the run around and that they don't care about their residents just about that pay check. I'm completely frustrated with them so I'm happy to say I will NOT be renewing my lease.
