Reviews

Great value

Large kitchen, closets and balcony. Love living in downtown St. Petersburg and you can't beat this price, literally. I love living here, the building is brand new and everyone is so friendly. The downtown & water view in the fitness center is amazing and a great motivator for me to go to the gym. Even though the office has limited open hours, the girls and maintenance guy are always friendly and helpful to me which is probably the best part about living here as I came from NY and have had some horriable landlords.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

It is really hard to be subjective about this property since it is still only a concept they are presenting to prospective tenants. The floor plans look nice, but they should have at least had architectural renderings of the building and an idea of what a unit would look like furnished.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I would not refer anyone to the property as long as this agent was present. She did nothing to sell the property or convince me that I should wait on that list in order to live there. I was not even shown the interior courtyard areas.
