I love living here at ponce harbor this place gives you a calm relaxing feeling very clean grounds and pretty landscape the staff is very helpful....I like it.

Based on the amenities provided, I would be happy to live there. The staff seemed very pleasant and personable and offered additional assistance.

This apartment has everything I need. Great location!! close to shopping and hospital. The staff is excellent. Maintenance responds quickly to any request. Office personal is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept neat and clean. I would stay here forever! Love my Happy Home.

The apartment I saw was very nicely decorated and if the actual apartment looked anything like the model, it could be very comfortable living there. The grounds were very well kept, and it was free of trash, litter, or leaves. The pond area was comfortable and the business center was a great idea. The gym was a little small but the pool looked very inviting and clean.

The community was clean, new, and well kept. The common areas were well cared for.

This was an attractive community with well laid out apartments with plenty of storage.

The leasing professional was very thorough in giving me community and apartment information but I would have liked information about the surrounding area and what it provided.

This appeared to be a very well managed community.

The property is well maintained and looks like a peaceful place to live.

This community was in a wonderful location. The convenience in being close to shopping and a major road was fantastic. At the same time, it was tucked away off the main drag enough to be quiet and peaceful. The grounds, apartments, and amenities were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and courteous, making you feel like they want you to be a part of their community.

I have nothing negative to say about the community. I personally do not like Berber, and that would be a deal breaker for me. I also found it quite small, but the leasing professional assured me that the walk-in closet in the two bedroom apartment was a bit larger.

I felt that the agent was very interested in my needs. Her statement that she lived there and was very happy was encouraging. The apartment and grounds were more than expected, especially considering the lease rates.
