The leasing professional just seemed like she was going through the motions of helping me without being truly interested. Everything was under renovation.

This community is centrally located and a great value for the rental rate. The square footage was above average as well. The leasing office was very, very loud and, at times, I had difficulty hearing the leasing professional.

Based on pictures seen, the apartments were decent. There was renovation going on to some of the amenities and they were not available to be seen. The staff encountered was friendly.

I was impressed with the staff member that assisted me. She was upbeat, positive, and very competent. I felt very comfortable with her and believe that she was being genuine in every way. The community was well cared for and inviting. The areas that I visited were clean and reasonably modern. Well-tended lawns and flowerbeds surround the well-maintained office. The large pool area appeared to be in good condition.

Although I was not able to see an actual apartment, I would love to go back to see what they look like on the inside myself. The staff was so nice and personable. The community was clean and was in a good location.

My experience with the staff was pleasant and left a good impression. The person answering the telephone was helpful. The leasing agent was great at her job. The overall look of the community was one that needed a make over. Some areas were not litter free.

This is a community is nice, affordable, clean and nicely landscaped. For the value, it is a good place to live. The agent was friendly and helpful.

This is a very clean community. It had a nice model home. The pool was nice, but the gym was lacking.

The community needed some touch ups to make it more up to date. It seemed old, and the paint on the building was chipped.

Close to the Sanford mall, and I-4, the community offers convenience and a comfortable place to call home. The apartments were spacious with plenty of over-sized closets. The amenities were open 24/7 for residents' convenience.

The community was well kept. They needed additional leasing agents on-site, because of all the traffic. I had a good experience with the team member.

The community is in a great location. It was very close to the highway, restaurants, post office, plenty of shopping and a mall. They are building up around that area. The property itself is plain but reasonably priced and appeared to be safe. The amenities were great especially the after school program they have. The leasing office personnel seemed very nice and helpful. They were all professional. Many people came in and out while I was there. The apartments were very spacious and plenty of closet space.

The community was not bad, a little drab with not much landscaping. The one bedroom was larger than I expected.

I had very good feeling, given by the cleanliness of the grounds and the respectful residents that I passed; and who spoke to the leasing professional.
