The community was in a central location, the pool area was very nice. The community was near many restaurants and local attractions.

This is a nice clean community. The apartments are a good size. The amenities will be getting upgrades soon.

This community looked very inviting and friendly and the staff was very personable. The amenities they offered were nice and the bedrooms were nice and big as well as the bathroom. The kitchen was the very nice with a gas stove which was a perk.

This was an excellent community with a lot to offer. It was close to great schools and shopping. The leasing professional was excellent and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I truly felt valued and enjoyed working with her.

This was a quiet community near to the historic district, and the Towne Center with lots of shopping and dining choices. The apartments had better than average amounts of storage spaces, lots of natural lighting, and attractive and nicely arranged floor plans.

The gated community was really nice. The gates were actually closed during the day which I liked. The community was clean. There were a lot of people around in the afternoon. It was really close to the mall, the highway, stores, and restaurants. The personnel seemed polite. The monster club was definitely a positive amenity for parents who work. The only deterrents are the community was right off a main road and there was a bar right across the street.

The sales presentation was very informative, but it was not personalized in any way. There was not very much enthusiasm for the possibility of me becoming a resident. I would not have leased at the property after the presentation.

This quiet, quaint community appeared to be a cozy place to call home. One of the major attractions was that at the end of the day, instead of fighting with traffic to get to a gym, you can enjoy your own personal gym with the comforts of having a private access, 24 hour fitness center to yourself.

This community feels like a home away from. It looks like a little neighborhood. It is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to the restaurants, the river walk and the mall. I really liked it!

My experience touring with the community was an enjoyable one. The leasing agent was thorough. She was able to address all of my questions, in a complete and concise manner. She was a very talented demonstrator. She had personalit, and was willing to share a little of herself. She understood my needs and was very supportive.
