Overall, I found the community to be a very well maintained. The staff seemed to be very pleasant and the leasing agents appeared to genuinely value prospective residents. At a glance, the property seems to be highly occupied and there were many options available to cater to residents' needs. I would consider leasing there, based on the amenities available, upkeep of the property and affordable options available.

This property showed beautifully. The curb appeal was impeccable and detailed. The office area was warm and inviting, and very comfortable. The leasing staff were genuine and helpful. The interior of the apartments were as beautiful as the exterior.

The leasing professional was nice and welcoming and very detail oriented about the community. This community was luxurious without a luxurious price! I would move in just because of the leasing office and both professionals I spoke to. They were both great and good at what they do for Concord!

I was very impressed with this community and especially the leasing professional. She was engaging, professional, friendly and made me feel special. The community was impressively maintained and clean, and the landscaping was expertly manicured. I was most impressed with the "green" features such as solar panels on the carports used for the outside lighting.

The leasing consultant was a true pleasure to talk to. She pointed out every single amenity of the community, as well as pointed out the features of the community being a green community. The presentation of the apartment home by the leasing consultant was super human. She pointed out things that I would have never thought to point out. The community was very well maintained and the landscaping was truly lush and inviting.
