From the time arrival at the property, walking around by the lake to the closing with the agent, this was an above average property. The unit was above average looking. The property was professionally run by amazingly knowledgeable and confident agents.

If I was going to look for a place, this would be the place. It had everything I needed and had great curb appeal.

The location is excellent, within shopping and freeway access. The community had everything one would need to live a completed life style, of luxury.

This rental community had everything to offer anyone would want. The grounds were well maintained and attractive, and spacious apartments with optional garages. Great amenities and a place anyone would feel comfortable calling home. The rental fees were reasonable for what the rental community provided.

Great community. Rent increases are a little steep. Received a discount for being a nurse for only the first year of renting. I feel like this discount should continue.

I was highly impressed with the grand clubhouse. It was beautifully decorated, clean and smelled great. It hit three of the four senses. If it was not for that alarm panel going off it would have been a 100% first impression. The property showed well. The one bedroom apartment was beautiful with a ton of upgrades but the price seemed out of range for the area, especially an apartment facing the interstate I-95 and with loud A/C's outside the patio.

I really thought the agent was full of energy and did a great job at presenting the apartment and the apartment community. The community itself was wonderful, and yes, if I needed an apartment, I would lease one there.

I have already tried to recommend this place to a friend of mine, but she is not ready to move.

The rent is slightly higher than other places in the area and is not fully worth the extra money.

The good thing about this community is that I never seem to have or see any problems with tenants. That's a great thing.
