It's just Okay
The community itself is okay, but very expensive. The lake looks horrible, the residents are snotty and the office with the exception of Janet leave a lot to be desired. For $1100 (plus water) for a 1 bedroom, and as a former resident, I am disappointed living here and probably won't renew my lease.
