The property was well maintained and the apartment had nice updated appliances, counter tops, cabinets and looked to be new flooring. One thing I was unhappy with was being told a rental price over the telephone and after arriving a very short time later that the rental price had just gone up to a higher rate. That made me undecided to recommend the community. Other than that it would have been a nice place to live.

The community superseded my expectations. I was thrilled at the amenities and the apartment was gorgeous. I would not hesitate to pack up my house and move right in. The agent was courteous and comfortable to talk with. I put this community on my list of places I would recommend to live in.

The leasing professional showed the community very well. She demonstrated the various items in the home and really portrayed a positive image for the management company. The community was very clean, however there were tons of mulch bits on the sidewalks from the rain.

Best Place Ever

This location is a very pleasant place to live. Beach Village is well maintained and very pretty. The residents are nice people and the staff are friendly and professional. The amenities are phenomenal from the pool and club house to the business center. I and my roommate consider this community to be one of the best places we have ever lived.
