I would recommend them to a more "secure" community, as this one is open to anyone walking off the street, and it's not the safest area. However, management has been proactive in addressing concerns about safety.

For the most part, I would recommend this community as it has great amenities and the management is very responsive. The one complaint I have is the occasional parties/noise, most of which are late at night. I understand management has no control over these events as they are happening. I like that management has been quick to deal with tenants who violate lease terms.

I understand that this is a new apartment and there are going to be hiccups. I would much rather know the truth (more realistic timeline of things, or not over promising and under delivering on certain amenities.)
Thank you so much for your feedback. This helps us to be a better community. You are right in new construction there is definitely hiccups. We try to do the best we can to delivery on our promises but unfortunately there is some things in new construction that can hold up parts of our project such as weather. Our pool should be open very shortly we are just waiting for the final inspection from the City of Orlando.
