The appearance of the overall property was of being clean and well maintained. The location was convenient to shopping. The floor plan of the condo toured was nicely laid out with the master suite being separate form the other two bedrooms. The team member was extremely personable and expressed a sincere interest in meeting my needs. The pictures drawn by the children of residents was an example of her warm and caring personality; a plus as a professional. The community was a very desirable place to live.

I was not able to see the apartment so it was difficult to comment on the value. It looked like a nice community. I was surprised there was no fitness center. The area was fantastic. It was close to the highway, restaurants, and shops.

I felt the price for the amenities is not adequate. There was only a pool and a playground, and the rent was almost $1000.

The telephone interview was much more pleasant than my on-site visit, since I was interacting with another leasing agent. I was very excited to see the property after my telephone call, but when I walked into the office I felt caught off guard with another leasing agent trying to sternly take control of my visit there. She seemed professional, but not as friendly as the leasing agent I spoke with over the telephone. The on-site agent seemed to be rushing me through the process, as if she was not expecting me to lease there since they were at full occupancy. Although my experience with the agent in the office was adequate, my impression of the property itself was very good. I was very pleased with the well maintained grounds of the community. Aesthetically, I was pleased and would have wanted to lease there on looks alone, if I had been given more attention from the staff on duty at the time.

For the value, I really liked the community and the homes. Although there was not much in amenities, it more than made up with the nice house furnishings and design. For me, the pricing was very good, better than most of comparative size and space. This would be a wonderful family home, in my opinion.

I felt that the leasing professional's performance was satisfactory. She was friendly and upbeat. However, because she did not have any apartments for lease, she did not go through a presentation that made me want to refer anyone to lease there besides the fact that it was fully lease and they must have been doing something right.
