The leasing agent was friendly and helpful. The community was well maintained, and the apartment was nice.

The community was well maintained, and they were also going to repaint the buildings soon. I liked that they offer renovated units. However, I highly disliked that the renovated apartment did not have options that included the washer/dryer. The Leasing Professional was nice but a bit robotic.

The apartment had a good bit of storage space, including on the patio. The carpet was not something I wanted, but at least it was darker. The kitchen was rather small, but one of the bathrooms was a good size. The leasing professional had a warm and welcoming personality.

The community was ordinary with acceptable upkeep. The staff was pleasant and prepared. The tour was engaging. The apartment that I was shown appeared to be a good deal for the price. I would be happy living here and would recommend this community to others.

I was only able to talk to the call center. The price for the apartments was high. The Leasing Professional was upfront about the challenge he faced in getting residents to move there or remain there past their renewal. Nothing about this place stood out. The first impression of the community was not a positive one.

The very first impression when I turned into the community was not the best. The looks of the apartment on the outside with the green mold put me off immediately. Also, seeing the basin full of brown water was undesirable. The things I loved about the community were the leasing consultants, the pool seemed lovely, and the business center. I also loved the fact that it was close to Walmart, stores, and places to eat. Having many highways so near was also a plus.

This community had all a family would need. The landscaping, with all the beautiful Oak trees and the care of the apartments gave a sense of pride. Management was helpful and could locate the apartment you were looking for.

The apartment was fine for the price and the area. Nothing stood out to me, it just seemed like a basic place to live.

The apartment was a bit on the small side, especially the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms, with the storage space, helped though. The appliances were great, and the laundry room was a plus. The patio was also a nice touch.

If I had the person that I talked to on the phone to show me the community, I probably would have had better results. I did not get the customer service at this community.

I would lease from this community. It is well maintained and the staff is professional.
