I went here in search of a new home. Vicki is the best.. But she needs a day off too. So on her day off, I had to go sign my lease. She told me that the two other ladies would be more than happy to assist me. I received so much attitude from one particular lady when I signed my lease, I almost did not sign my lease. I will not go to anyone but Vicki.. The other girl, Jennifer or Jessica, has the worse attitude. She makes you feel unwelcome, unless you are a guy. Yes I said if you are a guy. She was very nasty to me and as soon as a tenant, a male, came in to pay his rent, she went above and beyond to be nice to him. But yet I am a new tenant with a money order in my hands for over $1000. But she did not care. Without going into too much detail, brace yourself for the attitude. She has a title that she abuses and Vicki should be in her position not this girl. Her customer service is quite discouraging but do not give up hope, just wait for Vicki to come back. And by the way the other lady, Holly, I think, was not that much more inviting. I guess because of her workload she was not that friendly, but I am not to blame for her workload. It seems that at least one of the two unfriendly ladies do not want this job, yes that is Jessica or Jennifer, whatever her name is. Maybe that is why Holly was so overwhelmed because J acted like she was so busy when I came in, but in all actuality she was not... I spent most of my lunch break sitting waiting for her to finish.
