I had a positive experience with the leasing staff when searching for a new apartment. They were polite, professional, and welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the application and leasing process.

The community was well maintained and the leasing office was well organized. Visually, I found the community appealing upon entering the community. Even though I could not see an apartment, having photos to show and a floor plan would have been a good option.

I understood there were no vacancies but felt I should have been shown the amenities and asked if I wanted to be placed on a waiting list.

Unfortunately, because I didn't really get to see the property, I am unable to really say much about the community. Based on the floor plan and the pictures, and a reference from someone that I knew that lived there some years ago, the property seems nice. Because I didn't really see much other than the office, I cannot give a real opinion.

Gorgeous grounds. All the newest amenities. Spacious apartments. Fantastic rental fee.

The leasing professional was energetic and friendly. However, the rug in the model was a big turn off. It was really badly stained. The trash outside the dumpster was terrible.

There is no other comments that I wish to leave at this time.

The value of the community amenities was appealing. The upkeep of the common areas and grounds was very notable. The leasing professional I worked with at the community came across as talented and appeared eager to help me. She made me feel she genuinely cared about meeting my needs. She demonstrated with an enthusiastic attitude. The thought of calling the community home was comforting. The value was commendable for the rental rate. I would likely recommend the community to family and friends.

I felt the value of these apartments was excellent and one gets a very good buy. The amenities are sufficient and I will be recommending this property. The Leasing Professional was excellent and had very few "No's". I liked how easy going, not pushy but mostly professional that she was.

The apartments have a great solarium. It was a great value. They offered nice size bedrooms and great storage space.

The location was closed again today and will not open until Monday 6/23/14. This was the second time I visited this location and it was closed. I called but no one answered so I proceeded as instructed. Once I got there was no one in the office but a sign was on the door advising it was closed until Monday.

The community was nice but could use more curb appeal.
