Lake Pointe is the worst place to live in Melbourne. Buildings are old and there is no maintenance. Every time it rains, flooding everywhere. You can't walk down the sidewalk in anything other than ankle deep water. There are MANY unavoidable potholes in the parking lot that have blown out tires and damaged people's rims. Can you imagine no water for 5 days? It happened last week!!! Stay away from this garbage !!
