The staff was knowledgeable about the community but did not dress professionally. The community was adequate for the neighborhood and in a location set back out of the way, which was appealing. It was nice for the price, but also for the price, the apartments looked as old as they were.

This was an income restricted community and age restrictions applied. If you are a person with anyone in your house under 18, you may not live there. I was unable to view an apartment.

However, if the property manager was able to be moved to another property, or if this property opened to people under the age limit, I would tell people. I did not like the neighborhood that this property butts up to, but that was not the community's fault. I did not see anything inside the gates that would make me apprehensive about living there.

The community was very nice and cared for. The price was very good for what was offered. The leasing agent did a good job of presenting the community.
