Horrible experience!!!

When I first moved in the apartment complex was beautiful. The complex was clean, however as more tenants filled the vacant apartments the more trash you would see. I would get random notices stuck in the door regarding fees that would incur based on other tenants not doing as they should. The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbors under you. The stairwell and hallway are disgusting. The maintence men dont come up the stairs to clean, or gather the garbage thats let from people dropping things.

Because of your feedback we have implemented a schedule to clean every building every week which not only includes debris removal but pressure washing, cleaning away the cobwebs and clearing the breezeway lights of bugs build up. The notice you referred to in your review is a tool that we use to have residents work together as community, to help with keeping the community clean, inviting and a great place to live. We are all equally responsible for the community we live and work in.

Beauty of apartments are not worth what you deal with when moved in

Apartments themselves are beautiful. Unless you are placed to move into the top 3rd floor good luck getting any peace. I live under people whom I have made numerous complaints about to the leasing office as well as to the tenants themselves and nothing till this day has been done. Get random letters on door stating fees will be applied to all tenants in the building I live in if surrounding area is not clean I refuse to pay for others inability to clean after themselves. All around am not satisfied here. When first moved in community was nice tidy even by the trash compactor now trash is everywhere. Place is going down the drain already.
