The outside of the community and building painted looked good. The trees and plants needs to be trimmed. I did not see the inside of any apartment or the community amenities.

I did not view an apartment because there were none available and I was not taken to see any of the amenities either. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was not there long enough and my interaction with the leasing professional was brief. I did not get to see any apartments or around the community that day because there were none available at that time. I have nothing to compare it to.

The community was like many others. It could work temporarily.

I was not impressed with the phone greeting the representative offered. She offered to drive me around the community until it started sprinkling. She then changed her mind. In the few minutes I was there, the sprinkling had stopped and she did still not offer to show me the community.

It is a well maintained older property marketed to low and modest income families. The two bedroom and three bedroom apartment floor plans are spacious and well arranged for privacy and family unity. The grounds and the amenities are well maintained and used by the residents. The staff seemed very friendly and seemed to have a good relationship with residents. The agent showed me the floor plans, the photo album of the apartments, its grounds, amenities, the two bedroom and one bedroom apartments.

The property appeared well maintained and the staff seemed more than willing to assist.

The property was fairly well kept as there were areas on the grounds where small pieces or debris were visible. The amenity I saw was the pool and it seemed to be in good condition. The leasing professional was friendly and tried to help me in finding a home. This property gives good value for the leasing price.
