The apartment community was very nice. I could tell they took great pride in maintaining all the amenities and the grounds so the residents had a nice place to call home. The leasing agent was very friendly and ready to answer my questions. She made me feel I needed to leave a deposit to reserve the apartment.

The community was clean and seemed well kept. There seemed to be families with children, and the children were well behaved. The sidewalks and pool area were clean. The cars on the property were all maintained, and I did not see any junk cars. Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite, and that included residents.

The property had a pretty location on top of a small hill. The property presented itself very nicely. Everything was well kept and clean. I noticed that the children put their bikes in the bike stands, not on the ground. The pool was occupied with families, they were well behaved. On my tour I was aware of everyone saying hello to each other and greeting each other. The buildings on my tour were in excellent condition. The grounds were pretty and very well maintained. I also noticed that not one piece of paper was to be found on the grounds. It was a very pleasant visit.
