This was a good looking, clean, inexpensive community. Upkeep was noticeable, with nice landscaping. The gym was pretty lacking.

The was a very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional.

I was not impressed with this community or the leasing professional. Although he was professional with a cool demeanor, he seemed smug and I felt as if I was more an imposition than a potential resident. I expected him to be a little more engaging and enthusiastic in the prospect of my wanting to live in this community. Instead, I was rushed and left with a sense of disappointment and not wanting to return.

The team member was polite and professional. The community grounds are well maintained.

The agent did not offer a tour of the amenities; therefore, it was hard to adequately provide answers to the above. The leasing agent did not even mention the amenities they offered there at Regatta Bay apartments.

This is an attractive, well maintained community. The leasing agent was friendly and engaging.

I would recommend the community to my friends and family. I would be comfortable living there, it was well kept and clean. The leasing professional was very professional and courteous.

I was not very likly to rent an apartment here. I was told nothing about the amenities, the community, or the management or services offered to the guest.

I really liked this community. I would see no problem living there. It was so clean. The pool and lake area were just beautiful and the area looked very safe to me.

The grounds, pool and other areas of the community were clean.
