UNFRIENDLY MANAGEMENT

They refuse to vacum dryer vent even after verbal and writtten email. The fuse of the dryer got damaged again due to their negligence and refusal to hire a professional to do this work. I have to call Sears again to replace the fuse and have him speak with them directly.
