As a real customer, I would absolutely consider leasing at this community.

I would not rent an apartment here. I thought the rate was too high. There was a real lack of storage and only a little area behind the utility room. Even though it was listed, the business center was not completed. I asked about the pool and was told there was only one and it was between two buildings.

The staff I encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful. The community was very nice and had most everything anyone could want in a community.

The property had a professional appearance. The amenities were clean and in great repair. The office had a professional appearance. The associate was friendly and outgoing. She identified my needs and wants. She compared the needs to the features. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She was easy to talk to and really seemed to listen to my needs. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

The community was very well constructed. The bedrooms were large and roomy. The kitchen was open and enabled you to talk and enjoy conversations while you prepared dinner, or any meal.

She did a really good job and made me feel like I wanted to live there.

It was an awesome floor plan with a great layout and use of space! I could completely envision how all of my stuff would fit nicely and plenty of closet and storage space!

This a very nice place to live for comfort and security.

The community is relatively new and in good condition. The pricing seemed a bit high for the area though.
