Maintenance

I have lived at the Florida Club @ Deerwood for about 1 1/2 years and the number one thing I can say for them is that their head of maintenance, Arthur, is the number one reason we stay there. He is loyal, polite and takes his work seriously. He always takes care of the tenants in a timely fashion. Other apartment complexes should be so lucky.
