Good customer service is one of the most important things that sells anything. It is lacking here.

As a real customer, I did not feel like I was treated kindly and sincerely by the telephone agent. I think the fact that she set an appointment time with me, yet left before that time, was unprofessional. I feel the way that she spoke to me on the phone was very off putting and I would not have even bothered to take the next step of an on-site visit. However, once I arrived on-site, Maria was very warm, welcoming and bubbly. She seemed genuinely sincere about providing information. Customer service aside, the property was beautiful, well priced, and in a great location.

I love the apartment complex it is very quiet not a lot of kids.everyone stay to them self great place to live very big 2 bed rooms.

Upon arriving at the community, I was amazed of the design and layout of the property. The leasing agent was absolutely the most pleasant I had encountered since arriving in Jacksonville and viewing many properties. The tour of an actual model that was fully furnished gave a perfect perception of what I needed. I could relate to my furniture and decor being in places, and the closet and storage space within the unit was amazing. The more the agent expressed the privileges of leasing am apartment, being able to paint the walls and hang my personal decor; mount flat screen on the wall, pictures was mind-blowing. The ease of just leasing an updated efficient washer and dryer for only $50 a month was just too convenient! I cannot wait to make the community my new home.

The property was well maintained and in good condition. The amenities were very few and did not appeal to my standards. There was no official clubhouse that could be used to rent out. There was no laundry facility either. The team member rushed her presentation because she was busy with so many customers and little help.

I saw a vacant apartment that was ready for someone to move in with stains on the carpets.

There was a lot going for this community. Unfortunately, the kitchens seemed rather small and cramped.

This apartment community is great. It is a must see before making a decision on any others in the community.

The leasing professional gave a thorough tour of the community and an apartment. I was pleased with her presentation and would have rented from her.

The buildings were very attractive and well maintained. The only areas that were not attractive were the concrete hallways which were stained and appeared dirty.

Overall I really liked the look of the building. However the amenities and the price seemed a little too high to me.

I felt that my needs were not asked about or addressed. The agent was a bit frazzled from the busy day and the whole presentation felt rushed to me.
