The first impression of the community, was that it was well cared for in the outside of the buildings. The lawns were manicured and shrubs were maintained. The apartment was fresh, clean and in excellent condition. The value was great, especially considering it had a lake view. However, some of my enthusiasm was dampened when the leasing professional realized the apartment had a lake view and said he would need to check to see if the price he quoted me was correct. He said he would need to call me back with the correct price. Having no idea what that price might be, I was left feeling like I was shown something I was not going to be able to afford. The view made the apartment a perfect location.

My perception of this property is pretty much as indicated above. There is nothing outstanding about it, nor are there any faults. In my own case, I love the location of the property so it would probably be easy to accept. The bottom line is that I could live here but found no special enticement to seal the deal without looking further.

Again, the apartment was very nice and clean and in a great location. If I was to lease here I would have to shop around first and then return a second time to view it again. The community looked refreshed, newer and well maintained.

The community was laid out very nicely, with much open space between the buildings. The apartment was a good size and a good value for the rent asked. The gold paint on the walls of the apartment was a nice touch and made the area warmer than plain white walls. The thought of bringing packages and groceries, up three flights of stairs is daunting.
