The property was well maintained and clean in all areas including the common space, hallways and parking areas. The professional and courteous manner of the leasing agent added to the experience of touring the property. The amenities available and the activities mentioned by the leasing agent, added to the attractiveness of living there. The location of the property was an additional value to living there. Shopping areas were only a few minutes from the property. The spaciousness of the apartment toured added to the value of the lease amount.

I felt very welcomed at the community. I just could not believe how much was offered for the price to live there. The incentive packages spoke volumes for the level of quality customer care of the management. Everything on the property as well as inside the apartments were updated to modern amenities and/or appliances. I would certainly choose to live there, as well as refer any friends.

This was a beautiful community in a great location. The upkeep and maintenance of the community was superb, it looked brand new. The community almost sold itself. The customer service was not to par and was lacking in comparison to the quality the property conveyed. The clubhouse was a real treat, designed to feel warm and inviting in itself.

I thought the model should have never been rented out. I believed everyone should have been able to see their possible new home; even if there was no apartments available. I saw and heard at least three people in the office and no one picked up the telephone at all. I was just thinking how many potential new clients they would have had, if they only answered the telephone. It would also save people trips down to the property to ask questions that could easily be asked over the telephone or an appointment set, so no one had to wait.

The amenities at the community were very well kept. The apartment was shown to me by pictures in a book and they looked to be very well maintained and updated. I thought the community offered a very nice place to live for the money. I would recommend this community to people I know.

The agent was very professional looking and he went through the steps perfectly, but he did not warm up or build commonality with the person in front of him. It was business and that was all, but the community in itself was beautiful and captivating. He had the property in perfect condition, but I would not lease, because I did not feel befriend or that I could relate to him if I ever needed work done in the apartment.
