The community offered a great value for the rent, they had a lot of amenities, such as pools, business center, meeting rooms even a shuttle service. The location was apart from everything, yet centrally located. The maintenance staff was very visible all over the community and the leasing agents seem to work as a great team to better serve the residents' needs.
Clean, but poor service
Grounds are clean at times, but management and office staff are never available.

The physical property was great. The staff do not answer the phone. The staff rush customers and this cause me to fell unwelcome.

These apartments are well cared for and maintained. The community shines with a sense of pride, with all of the features and amenities it offers. It has several floor plans to choose from. They are located of a main road with moderately heavy traffic. It is not noticeable when you are on the grounds, because the community has a large variety of plush grass and trees and shrubs. The apartment itself felt a bit generic. The natural light from the living room windows was the best feature available. The second best was the spacious laundry room for a full washer/dryer!

The staff was very busy, but happy to see me. They tried to find what I wanted in an apartment and gave it to me. The community was clean and attractively decorated. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment showed well.

I did experience problems in being able to reach an on-site agent, but was able to make an appointment to view the community when I called the central reservation system. The Concord team member at the community was polite and professional, but was by herself and had to respond to other needs while I waited. She explained all the requirements of a resident, the rental programs and application process in a professional manner. The community was well maintained, and appealing as a place to live.

The leasing agent definitely needs to be more descriptive on the telephone. The community has a lot of amenities to offer and if someone is not told about them, they might just skip over taking the tour. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The highway is far enough away yet close by. There's lots of places close by for entertainment. It seemed like a nice area to live.

Hunters Creek is located very centrically and is very well taken care by its management considering that the community is over ten years. The customer service is excellent, and the relationship of the leasing agent with residents was commendable, sincere and very professional.

My tour at the community was very great. They had very spacious apartments at a reasonable rate. There was clean fresh paint, high ceilings, stain free carpet, dishwasher, disposal and gates around the community.

I liked the way the community grounds were very clean and well maintained. The amenities were up to date and the 24 hour access to the gym was convenient. The apartment offered a lot of space for the money and the location was great. The leasing agent was very detailed when showing me apartment, and I liked his honesty. I would recommend the community to others.

The agent was full of energy and very inviting as a person. He was very interested in making me his next resident and he went out his way by offering to close me over breakfast as he showed me both properties. I loved the fact that, even though he did not have time to show me the apartment, he did not give up on the deal. He was very persistent.
