This community was close to major highways and convenient to businesses and restaurants. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew were all very nice and helpful. The atmosphere of the community seemed very friendly and inviting. Based on those facts my perception of this community was a very favorable one and I would refer it to others.

The community appeared to be well maintained and the location was conveniently located for shopping and medical needs. The configuration of the apartments, five in each building, provided a degree of privacy not available in a multi-story building. The amenities available were adequate for a pleasant lifestyle. The leasing professional appeared to be sincerely interested in the residents comfort as I observed during her brief conversation with two residents who walked into the lobby.

The property is easy to locate and a great location. There's lots of stores and restaurants in the area. For a newer property, I'm surprised there was no pool for the residents. Also there were no grills for the residents either. There's lots of common space for them to be set up. The apartments themselves are really cute. They are new so everything is in great condition. The walls are all at an angles which is different. I liked the set up of the apartment.
