I feel that my loved one, for whom I was looking for a new home, was not connected to the tour. No questions about her were asked, not even her name, age or other information. The lighting in all of the halls was dim, making the feeling of the inside o the community dreary. The furnishings in the common areas were cheap, outdated and not very comfortable looking.

The leasing professional was caring and friendly. The community was well kept and inviting. he community was located near shopping malls, grocery stores, entertainment, churches, and schools.

The Sales Agent had a unique personality. The community was nice.

This was a very nice community and offered a lot of options, amenities, and activities. The apartments were a nice size and were well appointed with lots of closet spaces and all had washer/dryer connections.

I might recommend the community to older family or friends with certain needs. The apartments were very nice in terms of layout and features. The on-site pharmacy and doctors were huge pluses. The leasing agent made little effort to sell or overcome any objections. She seemed more preoccupied with getting things done as opposed to the pleasantries. Residents did seem to like her, so those management strengths may compensate for any weaknesses in sales skills.

I really was impressed with this community as far as amenities and things to do for the residents. I would really like living at this property.

I was very impressed with The Lexington Renaissance Square; and I would truly consider moving there, if it were a possibility. I would have everything I needed, right in the same building. And also, as the leasing professional pointed out; there was a nice restaurant, Georgie Boy, right across the street, if the residents wanted to go out to eat.
