The leasing professional was great to work with although I don't feel she sold the property. Whereas, she did sell the apartment quite nicely. The community was inviting but I would want to see more of it and know more about its amenities. With what I know and saw, I could rent and be comfortable but other facilities offer me more.

I would recommend this property to someone that fit the financial guidelines. It was clean, quiet and friendly.

I enjoyed visiting this property. It's located very nicely in the heart of Brandon. The pricing on a three bedroom apartment was refreshing.

The community was like a tropical resort area. It was peaceful and gave a feeling of being of an island. Shopping areas were within walking distance. They had malls, eating places, entertainment areas, and a walking trail.

Robert was pleasant and personable. He showed little interest in me as a person. His presentation, while informative, was impersonal.

The interaction was chaotic, because we stood in the loud lobby and then outside. It was not a typical interaction, so she did not have a fair chance to tell me everything she needed to. Overall, she did a great job of informing me about the property. She stepped in and took over for the telephone agent, so she did not have my information in front of her. Based on the job the on-site associate did, I would most likely return to the community when an apartment became available.

This is a great community with large apartments and nice amenities. The monster club is a great amenity for families that need help with after school care. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

This was a well maintained, low income community. It had good curb appeal. The floor plans appeared to be spacious and well thought out.

I was familiar with Concord Properties and aware that they had income requirements. I felt like it would have been a waste of my time to return for a tour of an apartment to later find that I might be overqualified.

The community was definitely a cut-above, but with average prices. Apartment communities, such as this, with the very well kept apartments and nicely manicured grounds, were hard to come by, making the property an exceptional value.

This was a nice property and the apartments have some very nice features. The rental rate is great, and the leasing professional was outstanding.

I had a good experience at this community. Cory was engaging and had a good attitude and was always smiling. Plus the grounds and apartment were very clean and well kept.
