Personally, I would not consider leasing at this property. The amount of money for the lease, compared to other properties in the area, were not comparable. This property could definitely be a great place to live in because of the location.

The leasing agent was very nice and helpful. Had a very upbeat attitude and was ready to serve.

This is a great community. You get a great deal for the rental rate. The apartments are larger than the average apartments in the area.

Unfortunately because of the disconnection with the leasing professional I did not feel that I could call that apartment complex a home, also some of the amenities are very outdated.

This was an older community that has been nicely upgraded. I did notice that some of the common area such as the walkways needed paint. The cabinetry in the apartments was dated but the layout was great. I received good customer service at this property.

The apartment were very spacious and had lots of closets. The kitchen was big too, and there were many cabinets to store things. The grounds seemed maintained as well.

The property is clean and well kept. It is located in an area central to shopping and activities. The staff is friendly and make you feel at home. The apartment is spacious and accommodating. There is a good amount of amenities for tenants to enjoy. I would love to be a resident in this community.

Although the renovations were very nice, it was apparent that these were older buildings, as evidenced by the size of the closets and kitchens. Some of the areas of the community living, such as the trash dumpsters and community mailboxes, were not appealing. Visually, the community was excellent, and very nice, with plants, landscaping, flowers, a walking trail, and a nice lake.

Visiting this community was a pleasure. The leasing agent was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, courteous and kind. The appearance of the community told me that a lot of care was taken in the upkeep of the grounds and that there was pride taken in its appearance. Everything about the community was inviting, from the leasing office to the model apartment. It was very hard not to imagine myself living there.

Overall, the apartments look very nice, even though they were located near a busy intersection they seemed to be fairly quiet.

This property can sell itself based solely on curb appeal. It is clean and the grounds well maintained. The buildings look like they have recently been painted. The office is beautifully decorated, as was the model unit. I was able to visualize myself as a resident of this community. The leasing professionals I encountered were all exactly that, professional and attentive. Based on what I saw and how I was treated, I would live here and refer others to consider moving here.
