You pay way too much for what you get. The quality of all the appliances and cabinets is bad..and now with new staff even the service is bad. They r more concerned talking and chit chatting with each other rather than helping or assisting the residents. My new neighbors make noise even during quiet hours and there is no one whom you can speak to about. There are workers laborers working for mcwhinney living in town homes and you see them throwing waste water out the balcony and they park their dirty pickup trucks everywhere. It's just not worth the money you end up paying money. Get another place. Not thinking of renewing here..for now I'm stuck at this place coz I've signed the lease.
