The community is very pretty. It feels new and up to date throughout the common areas and the apartment itself. The leasing professional needs more practice in listening to the customer and speeding up the presentation, but she was very friendly throughout our interaction.

There are a large variety of floor plans to accommodate anyone's needs, all modern with high ceilings, spacious rooms, all appliances and beautiful views. Centrally located in Downtown Loveland and walking distance to great local restaurants, shops, post office, grocery and more! Wide hallways, elevators, parking garages, swimming pool, gym and many more amenities offered. Friendly staff and residents, quick maintenance response times. I am very proud to call Lincoln Place Apartments my home!

The leasing professional had a great deal of knowledge about the architectural details of each apartment and their floor plans. She was able to confidently discuss leasing rates and their variabilities with me. She was a careful listener and responded very well to my comments and questions. I felt very positive about the community when I left the evaluation, and would feel comfortable suggesting it to my friends and family.
